Make-up for Achievement Test (A-class: 9:00-10:10; B-class: 10:25-11:35)

Description

If your child is not able to take the Achievement Test on May 10th, please inform their teacher of your 1st and 2nd choices of the following make-up day/times:

  • May 17th   09:00-10:15

  • May 17th   10:20-11:35

  • June 7th time TBD

There is limited space available on make-up days. The office will inform you when your child can come for the make-up test.

On the day of the test, please eat a good breakfast, and bring sharpened pencils and an eraser (no pen).

When to stay home

A student should not be in school when he/she has:
  • Nausea or vomiting, or has vomited during the night
  • Diarrhea
  • Frequent coughing or sneezing
  • Evidence of a communicable disease such as a rash, fever or unusual sores
  • A temperature of 99.5 degrees or above. If a child has had a fever, he/she may not return to school until she/he has been fever-free for 24 hours (without taking fever-reducing medication)
  • Sore throat
  • Strep throat – must be on an antibiotic for 24 hours and be symptom-free
  • A new cold or generally feels bad
  • Unusual watery, burning or red, crusted eyes
